Resources

In On Key, resources are human resources or special tools which can be applied to perform maintenance tasks on assets.

Resources are classified by type. The Resource Type is a grouping mechanism used to define whether the resource a "Staff Member", "Special Resource" or "Contact". All resource types are managed in the same table.

Resources are allocated trades to determine the types of jobs the resource can be used for. A resource can belong to multiple trades and for each trade the resource could have different financial rates and competencies.
