ISO 55000 Overview and Implementation
This training course provides learners with an overview of the development of ISO 55000 and its positioning relative to other AM standards. Over the course of two facilitated classroom days, you will focus on the following subjects: asset management policy, asset management strategy and objectives, demand analysis, strategic planning and asset management planning.

Asset life cycle management describes the best practices regarding life cycle decisions about assets. This course will explain how to develop life cycle plans for critical assets in terms of their expected economic life, mid-life overhaul plan, maintenance approach, suitability of the technology and life cycle costs. The course is aimed at senior managers, project managers/engineers, asset managers, production and operations managers, financial managers, risk managers, and maintenance and production engineers.
On Key 5 Systems Training
This training course should be used as a foundation course for the use of On Key in asset intensive organisations. The course will provide On Key users with a general understanding of the structure of On Key and will then provide On Key users with skills to work in specific modules of the software.

Creating the perfect balance between spare parts availability, working capital, and operational costs is a challenge in any maintenance environment. This course will encourage tactical learners to control their maintenance and asset management spend by streamlining spare parts processes and practices.
