“It gave me some fresh insight into getting your message across and ensure it results in action … strongly recommended training.”
Duration: 6 hoursThe PPA training session involves a discussion on different behavioural styles and how important it is to get to know your own behavioural style as well as those of your team members. By acknowledging that others’ behavioural styles may be different could allow us to understand our team members more effectively and engage with them more efficiently. Because if we are to get the best from individuals who interact with us, we must understand how they behave and adapt our behaviour accordingly.
The PPA psychometric assessment completed by each participant is used as the background to the training. The PPA (DISC profile) is commonly used as a tool which will learn you more about yourself, others, and how to deal in situations where interpersonal relationships are involved. The tool is meant to be used for making better communication with others. Moreover, the DISC assessment will help you understand how one person would be likely to react in a specific team, management, or leadership situations, given his/her DISC style.
Managers should contact POD to arrange a session.
