This course aims to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical training in essential non-technical skills necessary for thriving in today's workplace. While employees may possess high levels of technical expertise, the modern business environment demands more; it necessitates individuals who can collaborate effectively and treat others with respect, thereby fostering positive organisational cultures and behaviours that lead to overall success.
The course comprises five distinct modules, as depicted in the learning journey diagram. Throughout each module, participants will engage with eLearning materials featuring interactive learning elements, reading resources, media and opportunities for peer interaction in discussion forums. Subsequently, participants will take part in contact sessions facilitated by Arini Vlotman at the end of some of the eLearning modules.
