Terms and Conditions of registration and use
All registrations will be deemed confirmed and subject to these terms and conditions:
- All pricing excludes VAT
- Payment must be made prior to the course start date or within 30 days of the invoice date
- Payment advice must be emailed to academy@pragmaworld.net
- Provided that a user has not accessed a course via the Pragma Academy Learning Management System for which he/she has been enrolled:
- a full refund is available for cancellations received in writing at least 15 working days prior to the scheduled starting date of the course
- a substitution may be made for users enrolled in courses due in less than 15 working days
- Once a user has accessed a course via the Pragma Academy Learning Management System full payment for the course is due, no cancellations or substitutions are permitted
- It is the users' responsibility to ensure that he/she has met the pre-requisite requirements for a course in which they are enrolling and proof of suitable pre-requisite qualifications will be required
- Pragma reserves that right to cancel any advertised course due to insufficient enrolments or conditions beyond our control
