The Consulting Skills course comprises a range of
standalone courses and/or modules addressing various skills needed by
consultants to perform optimally, including communication, self-management and
technical skills. The course includes a combination of self-directed learning,
leader-led dialogues in live engagement sessions, and coaching sessions.

This course is a continuous learning programme designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Pragma's consultants. It comprises of the following 3 areas : communication skills, leading self and technical skills. This course allows consultants to participate in a variety of learning activities including self directed learning, leader-led dialogues, facilitator-led coaching circles, peer one-on-one coaching and role play simulations sessions.
Duration: 1.5 hours per activity (48 hours in total)
This course aims to be a comprehensive resource library about training facilitation on behalf of Pragma Academy, as well as a helpfile about all things facilitation on the Academy Portal.

This course is aimed at equipping Pragma facilitators for the flipped learning approach: What is it? Why are we taking a flipped learning approach? What are the challenges? What does it require of you?

Situational Judgement Assessment (SJA) is a specific type of scenario-based questioning which tests learners on the higher levels of Bloom’s taxonomy (understanding, applying, analysing and evaluating) while using multiple choice and automated marking formats. Come and learn what an SJA is and how to create this type of assessment.

Learning coordinators require a range of technical, administrative and interpersonal skills to support learners who engage with the Pragma Academy. This course aims to equip each learning coordinator with the Moodle skills they need to navigate and configure the learning management system with ease, and with the working processes and conventions we follow to set our learners up for success.
ASCPI is the course development process followed by the Pragma Academy. This process ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and therefore courses can be developed efficiently, at the right quality, in the required timeframe and there is opportunity for improvement.
