Maintenance Work Management

Course format: Virtual Classroom.In his Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook, Doc Palmer discusses how, in an 8-hour work day, after lunches, breaks, etc, the absolute most time available for maintenance is 6.5 to 7 hours. However, if your organisation is not doing any planning or scheduling, Doc Palmer’s studies show that you get roughly 2 to 3 hours of useful wrench time per day from your maintenance team.
