In this course, employees will learn about some of the latest cyberthreats and attack methods cybercriminals use to gain access to sensitive information, including phishing, ransomware, and business email compromise. Through case study videos, a pre-recorded demonstration, and interactive exercises, employees will also explore topics including social engineering attacks powered by artificial intelligence, deepfake technology, and social media. This training will make employees more aware of security threats so they can help safeguard their organization by taking action and reporting them. Note: In this course, we highlight how to use the Phish Alert Button (PAB) to report security incidents.
